Terms and Conditions for the Scorecard Holder Giveaway

The giveaway runs from April 1, 2026, 8:00 PM (CET) to April 08, 2026, 12:00 AM (CET). During this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the giveaway online.

To participate in the giveaway, the following actions are required:

– Follow the @clubtagsgolf Instagram account
– Like the giveaway post on Instagram from @clubtagsgolf dated April 1, 2026
– Tag at least 3 friends in the comments
– Repost the post

Each participant may submit unlimited entries by commenting and tagging a friend under the post.

Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.

Participation in the giveaway is free of charge.

Only natural persons of legal age residing in the European Union are eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of a product.

If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.

All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway, as well as employees of the operator and their family members, are excluded from participation. In addition, the operator reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation at its own discretion if there are valid reasons, for example:

– in the event of manipulation related to access to or execution of the giveaway,
– in the event of violations of these terms and conditions,

The prize consists of the following:

For the participant with the correct answer: 1 set consisting of 1 personalized scorecard holder, a personalized lanyard, and a personalized ball marker.

For the winner's tagged friends: each receives 1 personalized ball marker.

If there are multiple correct answers, the operator will randomly select the winner(s) after the giveaway period ends. The selection will be made through a random draw among all participants with the correct answer. The winners will be informed via direct message and in the comments. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to tag them in the giveaway story.

Any shipping costs incurred for sending the prizes will be covered by the operator. Exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible.

The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

If the winner does not respond within 3 weeks after being contacted twice, the prize may be transferred to another participant.
