clubtags is manufacturing wooden trophies for the Martin Kaymer Junior Trophy 2026
What does a young person remember from a special day of golf?
Perhaps the memory of the first tee shot. The feeling of sinking a difficult putt. The joy of a good round. The moment when your name appeared at the top of the leaderboard.
And perhaps something will remain in your hand that will keep this memory alive for many years to come.
That's exactly why we at clubtags are especially pleased to be part of the Martin Kaymer Junior Trophy this year.
We are allowed to manufacture the wooden winner's trophies for the final of the Martin Kaymer Junior Trophy 2026 – as a small but special gesture of appreciation for the young golfers.

Developing young talent means more than just a tournament day
The Martin Kaymer Junior Trophy is an initiative of Martin Kaymer and the Helianthus Foundation. Its aim is to inspire children and young people to take up golf, to give them competitive experience, and to provide them with a platform to showcase their skills and develop their abilities.
What began in 2021 with a single tournament at the Öschberghof has developed steadily over the years. In 2022 there were already five tournaments, in 2023 eight, and in 2024 nine. The series continued in 2025 with seven selected tournaments.
Six qualifying tournaments across Germany are scheduled for 2026. New additions include Golfclub Hösel, Golf Club St. Leon-Rot, and Hamburger Land- und Golf-Club Hittfeld. The tournaments will feature age groups U12, U14, U16, and U18.
This shows that this is not simply about a single competition. It's about giving young people experiences through golf, challenging them, and at the same time offering them an environment where values such as respect, discipline, and fairness are practiced.
Golf is more than just a good result
Especially in junior golf, a tournament is not just a matter of strokes and rankings.
It's about having the courage to go for the first tee shot.
Therefore, keep playing after a bad hole.
Therefore, take responsibility for your own scorecard.
Therefore, to compete with others – and still treat them fairly and respectfully.
And it's about the experience that training, concentration, and perseverance can eventually pay off.
The development of the Trophy also demonstrates how valuable such experiences are. For example, demand at the qualifying tournament at Golfclub Wörthsee in 2026 was so high that the field of participants, originally designed for 78 children and teenagers, was expanded to 104. Ultimately, all the children who wanted to participate were able to tee off.
This is youth development that you can experience firsthand.
A winner's trophy is more than just a piece of wood.
And this is exactly where clubtags comes into play.
We have been working with custom golf accessories for many years. Our goal is not simply to produce a product. We want to create something from a material, a logo, and an idea that tells a story.
The story is particularly nice in the case of the trophies for the Martin Kaymer Junior Trophy.

A piece of wood becomes a keepsake.
The trophy ultimately represents more than just a place in the results list. It represents training, ambition, concentration, and the moment when the effort has paid off.
Perhaps one day it will stand in the children's room. Perhaps on the parents' shelf. Perhaps it will be brought out someday and serve as a reminder of the day when it all began.
Because who knows which of these children will one day conquer great golf courses themselves?
From a great golfer for the next generation
Martin Kaymer knows both sides of golf.
He knows how much work goes into sporting success. And he also knows how important people and opportunities are that support young talents on their journey.
The Martin Kaymer Junior Trophy creates exactly these kinds of opportunities.
Personal contact remains an important component. The foundation's reports consistently demonstrate that the events focus not only on athletic performance, but also on the children and young people themselves. For example, 55 qualified young golfers participated in the 2025 final; in total, more than 450 children and young people took part during the season.
This makes the Trophy a platform where young people can not only play golf, but also gain experience, make contacts and develop self-confidence.
The 2026 final
The final of this year's Martin Kaymer Junior Trophy will take place on September 26, 2026, at the Hummelbachaue golf course . There, the qualified young golfers will meet once again – and for some of them, the day will end with a very special moment: receiving a winner's trophy.
We at clubtags are delighted to be able to accompany this moment a little bit with our handcrafted wooden trophies.
Because sometimes it doesn't take much to make appreciation visible.
A piece of wood. A name. A special moment.
And a memory that remains.
We say: Keep it up!
Supporting children and young people is an investment in the future of golf.
Therefore, we wish all finalists of the Martin Kaymer Junior Trophy 2026 every success, exciting rounds and above all, lots of fun playing golf.
And whoever ends up holding one of our wooden trophies in their hands is welcome to look at it a little longer.
Because behind every winner's trophy lies a story.
We are delighted to be able to play a small part in shaping it.
